Laser Skin Resurfacing is a procedure to treat sun damaged skin, fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, uneven coloration, textural irregularities, thinned collagen, acne scars and skin rejuvenation. Fractional CO2 resurfacing treatment removes vertical columns of tissue involving the epidermis and dermis with light that spots in the area to be treated causing vaporization of the tissue and leaving skin surrounding each column intact where which from it is stimulated a wound healing process leading to formation of new collagen, remodeling the dermis and new epidermal cells.

Requires a previous evaluation of the skin and pre and post treatments medications to ensure proper healing and more comfort during the healing process and better results with little down time of 3 or 4 days up to 7 days.
